Iridium 9575 Extreme | SOS Emergency Button

Send an SOS

The SOS button is located on the top of the Iridium 9575 Extreme handset. Once pressed the users sends out a message, place a call or both simultaneously. To change the recipient of your SOS:
  1. Go to the menu in your Iridium handset and select ‘Setup’ > ‘Location Options’ > ‘Emergency Options’
  2. Select ‘Emergency Actions’ to define whether a message, call or both are activated.
  3. To change the message recipient, select ‘Message Recipient’
  4. To change the call recipient, select ‘Call Recipient’
